Khaldoun Tabari

Khaldoun Tabari is a distinguished entrepreneur and investor recognized for his pioneering role in shaping the Middle Eastern real estate sector. Over the decades, he has built a remarkable legacy through iconic developments that reflect his drive for innovation, quality, and excellence. His visionary leadership and determination have earned him a reputation as one of the region’s most respected business figures, with achievements that continue to shape the real estate and construction landscape across the Arab world. After earning his B.S. in Business Management and Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1973, Tabari joined his family’s company, Ranya Trading & Contracting, in the UAE. There, he gained deep experience in electro-mechanical engineering, contracting, and trading. He later served as Executive Director for Multiworld International in London, where he expanded the company’s reach across London, the UAE, and Washington, D.C., before taking a leadership role at International Marketing & Development Company (INMA) in Saudi Arabia. In the mid-1980s, Tabari founded Tathniya (TEST) Electro-Mechanical Contracting in Saudi Arabia and later TEST Contracting in Dubai. His tireless work ethic and business acumen transformed these ventures from small startups into major companies that played key roles in the region’s development. His enterprises became central to the growth of real estate, infrastructure, and engineering projects that helped define the skylines of Dubai, Doha, and Riyadh. As Chairman of Vision Investments & Holdings Inc., Khaldoun Tabari oversaw a family-led holding company with investments across the MENA region, Europe, and the United States. His ventures span diverse industries, including real estate, finance, and construction.
