ERIN HARRIS Manager HQ Vendor Management

As manager at HQ Vendor Management [HQVM], the vendor-management-focused arm of Mortgage Quality Management & Research [MQMR], Erin Harris sits at the helm of one of the industry’s most innovative and respected vendor management firms. Under her leadership, HQVM has completed thousands of vendor reviews that encompass several areas, including QC risk reviews, reviews of production and service-level agreements, financial assessments, and onsite vendor audits. Much of HQVM’s success in delivering comprehensive vendor management solutions to the mortgage industry can be attributed to Harris’ leadership and customer service skills, which she continues to hone as a participant in the MBA’s Future Leaders program. Prior to joining MQMR, Harris created, developed and implemented a full vendor management program for Churchill Mortgage Corp. Her practical knowledge of building and maintaining a vendor management platform, and the operational requirements needed to complete a thorough and sufficient onsite review, gives her a unique and dynamic perspective that she uses to assist both lenders and vendors.

MAUREEN DOHERTY Regional vice president, north central region Genworth Mortgage Insurance

Last year, Maureen Doherty achieved $7 billion in new insurance written in her 11-state region, activated 200-plus new accounts and logged more than 7,000 sales calls. Outside of Genworth, Doherty is deeply involved with and committed to volunteerism and community service efforts, particularly with Habitat for Humanity, where she coordinated and led the customer and Genworth team initiatives over the past year in her North Central US region. She also coordinated and led Genworth’s Michigan-based team to participate in the Pontiac Rock the Block initiative and to adopt two families during the holiday season.
