Mark Ainsworth, a father of two recent graduates, observed a sizable disconnect between what his kids learned in school and what they needed to be resourceful and powerful in everyday life This gave him the idea to create a program that targets young adults while also being open to parents who want to participate with their child(ren).

Given that parents are the most influential individuals in their children's lives, Mark thinks that when parents and kids participate in the program together, learning and implementation of important life, financial literacy, and leadership skills are encouraged
