Hello, I am Mark Ainsworth, an awardwinning entrepreneur, leadership mentor, and motivational speaker with a diverse background and a proven track record of success. I have over three decades of experience in various industries and a unique combination of skills and expertise that I am eager to share with others.

I began my career in the police force in Sydney's Redfern neighborhood and later followed my passion to become a commercial pilot. My dedication and innovative mindset helped me to build a successful training company for emergency Careflight pilots, earning numerous awards and recognition along the way, including co-piloting a helicopter that was recognized by Guinness World Records.

I then shifted my focus to finance, founding the Lending Link Group of Companies, now worth over $14 million. I quickly established myself as a leading financial planner for high-net-worth families and made a significant impact in the veterinary industry.
