After a rewarding 35-year career in wealth management, Kevin Stapleton decided to retire in the serene Pebble Beach, California, where he had constructed his dream residence. His professional journey commenced at IBM in sales and marketing straight out of university. After nearly five years in Los Angeles, he shifted to financial services with A.G. Edwards, establishing a prosperous money-management practice. During his 21-year tenure with A.G. Edwards, which Wachovia Securities later acquired, and then Wells Fargo, he demonstrated his prowess in the brokerage industry. He continued his career at Wells Fargo's office in Carmel, California, for nine years before founding Stapleton Wealth Management (SWM), where he served high-end clients for five years before choosing to retire and enjoy life in Pebble Beach.
