Ken Termini Basketball
Ken Termini's career began with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University in 1987. After starting his professional journey at Revlon, he spent most of his career at Forest Pharmaceuticals, where he held various sales and management roles for over 27 years. His dedication to his work earned him several company awards, including Rookie of the Year, Representative of the Year, and Sales Manager of the Year. He eventually advanced to lead Forest's State Government Affairs Department. He later oversaw the company's Federal Public Policy & Government Affairs department during the pivotal years of the Affordable Care Act's implementation. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ken was guided by a philosophy that emphasized long-term planning. At 19, he received advice to divide his life into thirds: the first dedicated to learning, the second to working hard, and the final third to enjoy the rewards of one's efforts. This blueprint allowed Ken to retire by age 50, having carefully planned his finances, investments, and future. In addition to his successful corporate career, Ken has been deeply involved in high school basketball for over three decades. Since 1990, he has coached at Palisades and Palmerton High Schools in Pennsylvania, where his leadership earned him Boys Basketball Coach of the Year honors in 2015. Under his guidance, his team won the District 11 Class 3A title in 2019, and he also founded the Colonial League Boys Basketball Coaches Association to recognize the league's outstanding athletes. Today, Ken Termini channels his extensive professional experience into helping college students prepare for their careers through Career Launch Consulting. He specializes in coaching students on effectively leveraging their experiences during job interviews, helping them transition successfully into the workforce.
