Ken Rabac has doctorates & post-doctorates in Education & Counseling. He is a Certified Criminal Justice Specialist, a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and a Professional Corrections Chaplain of the Spiritual Care Association. Dr. K was ordained as a Chaplain with the World Congregational Fellowship Church and appointed as a Brigadier General with the National Chaplains Corps.
