Ò Use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15.

Ò Reapply sunscreen to your skin when outdoors for more than two hours and after swimming, sweating, or toweling off.

Ò Limit outdoor activity, especially between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
