he North Shore Board of the Northwestern Settlement hosted its 2022 Gala Kick-Off Luncheon in May at Skokie Country Club. The North Shore Board supports the Northwestern Settlement’s mission to disrupt generational poverty by raising funds for the House in the Wood Camp. The gala honoree, Pamela Russell, a long-time Winnetka resident, served the North Shore Board and the Settlement House for more than 18 years.
