On February 13, 2017, DuPont agreed to a preliminary settlement of $670.7 million to resolve the claims of approximately 3,550 people who developed cancer or other illnesses attributed to drinking water
contaminated by the toxic chemical C-8 discharged for decades from a DuPont plant in West Virginia. Cory Watson is honored to have the privilege of representing these men and women who had the courage to take up their legal fight against one of the world’s biggest companies.
