About the Artist (…that’s ME!)

Hi! My name is Jennifer Love Gironda, folks call me Jenny. (Unless you are my student, of course, it’s ‘Mrs. G’ to you!) I am a artist, and I am a high school art teacher and I am a gal that said, ‘hey, I want to make more art’. In January of 2012 I embarked on an artistic journey to create art every single day- and I did! And then I did it again in 2013!…and 2014…and 2015…and 2016! What you see here in these pages are the works that I created over a span of five years, the majority of it is my daily art. However, what I quickly discovered once I started to make more work is that I wanted to make even MORE work. I made art for 1,827 consecutive days- but there is so much more artwork even beyond that…one day I will count it all…one day. This was a pretty big undertaking to create this catalog but I wanted to have my work documented in one place. For the most part I took screenshots from my web gallery, so in order to view a larger version you will need to visit my web site. And while you are there, please check out my blog- there are TONS if entries all about my crazy ARTventures and amidst the ramblings you may find something. I sure hope so anyway!
