Jinhee Wilde

Jinhee Wilde, JD, is the Founder (Ret.) of WA Law Group, LLC, a Maryland-based boutique firm known for its focus on business and investment immigration. With more than 36 years of diverse legal and professional experience, her career has spanned public service, corporate law, and immigration guidance. She began her career in Chicago as a prosecutor and later served in high-level government positions, including Inspector General designee, special counsel, and attorney advisor for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In the corporate sector, she managed multi-million-dollar transactions for multinational companies before dedicating over two decades to immigration matters. Under her leadership, WA Law Group became a trusted firm, providing personalized strategies and long-term support to clients worldwide. Her dedication earned her honors such as Top 25 EB-5 professional, Top 100 legal leader, and recognition by Newsweek as a Legal Superstar. Jinhee holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In 2009, she founded her practice—originally Wilde & Associates, later rebranded to WA Law Group—which grew into a respected firm with decades of combined team experience. As an immigrant herself, Jinhee understands the challenges clients face and has combined empathy with expertise throughout her career. She also created the Jinhee Wilde Scholarship at The University of Chicago and is an outspoken advocate for mentorship, women in law, and inclusivity in leadership.
