South Carolina Press Association

The South Carolina Press Association serves to strengthen the Palmetto State's newspaper industry, enhance public understanding of the role of newspapers, and protect basic freedoms of press, speech and the free flow of information. Established in 1852, SCPA is one of the oldest Press Associations in the county and one of the oldest trade groups in South Carolina.
