Asset Information Management BIM dictionary defines an Asset Information Model (AIM) as an “Information Model relating to the Operational Phase” ISO 19650-1 (3.3.9). When IFC viewer is included in the virtual dashboard, a plain wall with correct layer management would work smoothly IFC Viewer - Speckle PowerBi and IFCs can be connected using an open source platform. Model content should be relatively light to prevent the input process from taking too long. It would be better to have a public stream. The development team is utilizing the viewer through a private stream. The following pages show examples.
Integrating IFC viewer into virtual dashboard To integrate an IFC viewer into a virtual Dashboard: Try to minimize grouping objects. Whenever possible, minimize the number of objects grouped when using an IFC viewer in a virtual dashboard. The size of the model will significantly increase if each tile is modeled with a curtain panel.
