A hands-on leader, Anna isn’t afraid to work alongside her staff to achieve their goals. Her success stems from patience, ambition, and a willingness to take risks. A six-time Wine Spectator Award Winner, she founded the popular Shaken’ Up NOLA Cocktail Class. She is the go-to expert for cocktail recipes at Inside New Orleans, crafting creative and flavorful concoctions from home and abroad. When not running her restaurants, Anna embraces travel, parading, and fine dining.
