- Malilla´s Urban Regeneration A new Central Park will be built in the northen side of this neighborhood. This means the city of Valencia must adapt itself to this kind of urban renewals. This urban regeneration intends to create a path passing through the entire neighborhood joining opposite sides from north to south. This intervention will be sewing empty spaces and creating new places full of experiences to discover for people of different ages. This urban intervention is framed by a rich landscape with different local flora of Valencia that delight and welcome the visitor. Cultural events happening and the spontaneity of different people enjoying the facilities of the path, allow a changing family experience since it starts in the urban area and has its end in a green area. The materials were selected to offer both familiar textures and alternatives to the roughness of the city’s surfaces, as well as to invite narratives in the design of surfaces, and develop the imagination of users beyond the city.
