Amy Sandheim advertised her work as ‘Artistic and Peasant Jewellery’ in the Arts and Crafts traditions of William Morris and Charles Robert Ashbee. Born in 1883 she was a prominent contributor to a second wave of artist jewellers and her work has similarities with that of her close associates Dorrie Nossiter and Sybil Dunlop 350.
