An interesting and possibly historically important truncated section of an early American two-blade propeller, constructed from lightweight laminated spruce with long slender hub, this propeller conforms to the designs of early American propellers and the work of the Wright Brothers, 17 in (178 cm) long Purchased in America several years ago by a British collector where it had apparently been used as a ceiling fan in a restaurant near Curtiss Field on Long Island.
