James Kassouf is an entrepreneur and property investor based in Cleveland. James grew up in the Cleveland area which allowed him to watch the area grow and change over the years. During his career, James Kassouf and his family have always had the community at the forefront of all of their business ventures, with a drive help the city be better than ever before and restore forgotten buildings to their previous states. James and his family have been operating various parking lots in Cleveland for over 40 years by way of Metro Parking Systems. One of James Kassouf's most recent ventures was a Class A office tower which features residential, fitness, retail, dining, entertainment and parking components in a single development.
