Throughout his professional journey, Jabari has held several key roles, including Director of Operations at Jamira Tennis Center, Managing Director at the Philadelphia Tennis Club, and Racquets Professional and Pickleball Coordinator at Lancaster Country Club, one of America’s Top 30 Platinum Clubs. In each position, he has combined his competitive experience with strong leadership and mentorship, shaping programs that emphasize both skill and community. Growing up in Philadelphia, Jabari developed a love for racquet sports at an early age. His upbringing instilled in him discipline, persistence, and the importance of connection, values that continue to guide his work today. His leadership approach focuses on building inclusive programs that promote both athletic development and long-term engagement across all racquet disciplines. He first picked up a racquet at five years old while spending time with his sister, Emira, at the Arthur Ashe Youth and Tennis Center. Their father encouraged their passion by creating a private training facility that later became the Jamira Tennis Center, a name inspired by both siblings. Under his guidance, the center grew into a respected space for training and community gatherings, offering programs for juniors, adults, and competitive players alike. His coaching model, centered on individualized attention and growth, helped strengthen participation and overall player performance. As a leader at Lancaster Country Club, Jabari Stafford continues to advance racquet sports through coaching, mentorship, and community building. His work remains driven by the belief that sports foster growth, unity, and respect, values that have guided him since the beginning of his journey.
