RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE Looki ng A he ad: JANUARY - MARCH • Detailed Services: Will be completed on a bi – weekly basis with focus on cutting back of plant material as needed. • Mowing Services: All turf areas will be mowed, edged, string trimmed, and blown on a bi – weekly basis with leaf blowing on the non-mowing week. Will resume weekly services during the month of March. • Monthly Irrigation Inspections • Turf Treatments: All turf areas will be fertilized with a granular fertilizer; all turf areas will be treated for weed and disease pressure. • Ornamental Treatments: All ornamentals will be fertilized with a granulated slow-release fertilizer blend to help promote our spring flush of growth • March Palm Treatments: All large canary, medjool and sylvester palms will be treated with oxytetracycline, which prevents lethal yellowing which is prevalent in these palm types.

As we move into late winter/early spring time, our mulch application will be coming to an end and we will move aggressively onto plant cut backs throughout the landscapes. With some of our cold snaps we have experienced some burn on some plant species most notably ixora, hibiscus, alamanda and firebush to name a few. These plant types will need to be cut back and should push new growth in the coming weeks. Garden Villas 27 Landscape Installation will be completed by the end of February.
