Learn Through Experience During their Capstone semester, students interact with businesses to solve complex cyber security issues, go hands-on with the latest secure hardware and software and compete in Virtual Hackathons. IRSC graduates have found careers at firms including AT&T, Comcast, FP&L, Pratt & Whitney, U.S. Sugar, Northrop Grumman and Boeing.

Admissions Criteria:

A.A. or A.S. Degree from a regionally accredited institution and a minimum of 2.0 cumulative GPA are required.

Common Prerequisites:

SPC1608 or SPC1017, MAC1105, COP2000, CGS1540, CTS1650, STA2023, and ECO2013 or ECO2023

Foreign Language Requirement:

Students who have not taken 2 credits of sequential high school foreign language must complete two semesters or 8 credit hours of the same foreign language at the college level to meet the foreign language requirement.

Capstone Guidance:

Students must have permission from Department Chair and see an advisor to register for capstone course (ISM4881).
