The Colony House is an eclectically-styled event venue featuring versatile indoor and outdoor spaces. Originally built in 1948 as a tractor factory, it was renovated to blend the neighborhood’s craftsman aesthetic with the building’s unique style and architecture. The Great Room’s original bow truss ceiling, century-old white oak stage back, and whitewashed brick walls provide aesthetically stimulating views at every angle. An iconic living wall on The Patio provides the perfect setting for intimate ceremonies and playful cocktail receptions, and The Loft overlooks the first floor offering a separate, yet connected, event space for guests to gather.
