Mind, Body and Woodworking!

A wonderful morning was had in the James O’Keeffe institute recently as IRD Duhallow hosted an event entitled Back to the future. It was a collection of talks discussing mental and physical health culminating in special guest: woodworker and social media personality, Eoghan Reardon showcasing his unique woodworking skills These skills have amassed Eoghan many followers and views through the social media platforms, TikTok, and Youtube. Kicking off proceedings was Clodagh Reidy of Nutritionally True, discussing the importance of what we put into our bodies for fuel. Claudia Escobar of Ganapati School of Yoga put our minds at ease with her yoga skills and methods of relaxing, as well as exercising the mind and body. Susan Murphy of Wellness Warrior Coaching kicked us into gear with her physical training. A diverse and enjoyable array of talks and demonstrations. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
