Grandparent’s Day At Dromagh National School

Grandparent’s Day At Dromagh National School

Here at Dromagh National School, we took time out to stop, to honour, and to remember grandparents and grand-friends for their contributions to our families and communities.

Fr. Tarrant celebrated Mass at the school. It was a time to remind us of all that can be valued in life and that we all contribute to making this world a better place. It reminded us, that we can all learn and teach each other no matter what the age difference. This special day was to tell our grandparents and grand friends that we love them, care for them and cherish them. Fr. Tarrant read a reflection to the boys and girls which we thought was very nice and many of our children spoke about it afterwards. We hope you enjoy reading it too.

Graduation Day at Dromagh National School

On June 27th, 2023 the Graduation Day at Dromagh National School took place. It was a very special day for the Daly family as Lucy will begin her secondary school journey in September. Mr. McAuliffe gave an inspirational keynote address to the school. Once the official speech was over, the graduation party festivities and celebrations with friends and loved ones began. From being showered with graduation gifts to hearing how proud the school and parents were, Graduation Day is one never to be forgotten. Best of luck in your secondary studies, Lucy.
