Höckh Metall-Reinigungsanlagen GmbH ha sviluppato la serie MULTICLEAN STANDARD per fornire il più efficiente ed economico lavaggio ad acqua e a solvente dei manufatti in uno spazio minimo.

La richiesta di piccoli sistemi di lavaggio completamente automatici è in continua crescita e gli utilizzatori li cercano per ottenere il più alto standard di pulizia per una specifica serie di prodotti. hot-air drying. If required, this compact system can be extended to include flood cleaning with ultrasound and vacuum drying as a final step. Furthermore, a third tank in conjunction with a DI water module can be retrofitted as an option to meet growing cleanliness requirements. The 600x400x300 mm basket can be individually adapted to meet all the needs. The Multiclean-S(olvent) Standard, on the other hand, is based on the tried-and-tested full-vacuum concept and can be operated with a wide range of solvents. The basic system has a 530x320x200 mm basket, and it can be individually configured, e.g. to include ultrasound, conserving tank, ultra-fine filtration, waste oil removal or automatic feeding device. This ensures effective separation of the dirty and the clean sides, so that cleaned goods carriers can no longer be recontaminated by the roller conveyor. Depending on the cleaning task, the system can be equipped with up to 3 media tanks.
