All this is Selema: not merely a producer of special equipment and plants for processing metals, but instead an engineering company with high added value both on the strictly technical level and on that of the flexibility and versatility of the solutions. Selema was born in 1986 from the genius, passion for mechanics and the experience of Serafino Cozzi who still today is the driving force behind the company. The company’s core business is industrial plants for the processing and treatment of flat-rolled metals in coils: aluminium (80 %), copper, brass and stainless steel. Selema operates in four macro areas: industrial plants, special equipment, revamping and spares. UNI EN ISO 9001 certified since 1996, with its numerous patents, Selema is able to offer the most widely varying solutions, from the complete plant to the single component or special equipment and can also carry out targeted operations on existing plants of a different brand in order to optimise their potential and improve the quality of the end product. For Selema the product is the result of a process in which both, the company and the customer are together involved with the aim to reach the objective. The service that Selema offers to its customers begins with the design phase and continues, after installation of the plant, with assistance and training of the customer’s staff and with a series of periodical checks to monitor the level of efficiency of the plants.
