Cos’è ArchitecturalPlusserie1. Con la nuova linea di prodotti ”ArchitecturalPlus-serie1” Europolveri ha voluto condensare 30 anni di esperienza e di lavoro di laboratorio formulando una serie di vernici in polvere studiate per offrire concrete soluzioni, sia in termini di prestazioni che di valenza estetica, alle esigenze specifiche di architetti e designer. I laboratori ed il reparto R&D Europolveri hanno selezionato nel tempo le materie prime ed individuato le formulazioni più idonee a conferire al trattamento le caratteristiche e prestazioni richieste dai clienti in relazione all’ubicazione ambientale della struttura o del manufatto. Ambienti con presenza di fattori corrosivi e degenerativi quali le radiazioni ultraviolette, il tasso di umidità e di salinità, da soli o unitamente all’azione di altri agenti esogeni, richiedono trattamenti in grado di assicurare alto grado di protezione e quindi durabilità delle strutture o prodotti trattati e nel contempo garantire effetti estetici che esaltino il design del progetto e/o del prodotto.

Le vernici in polvere della linea “ArchitecturalPlus-serie1 sono state sottoposte a rigorosi test, sia in ambienti naturali che artificiali, il cui superamento garantisce la rispondenza ai parametri di riferimento delle principali certificazioni. Tipologia prodotti. La nuova serie di prodotti “ArchitecuralPlus-serie1”, formulata con resine poliestere, racchiude una linea di vernici in polvere STANDARD (Classe1) ed una linea di vernici SUPERDURABILI (Classe2) ognuna delle quali offre un’ampia gamma di tonalità cromatiche, di finitura (opaca, semilucida, lucida) e di effetto superficiale (liscio, raggrinzato, metallizzato, etc.) I trattamenti mediante l’utilizzo di vernici in polvere hanno assunto negli anni un ruolo importante ed in particolare modo sono diventati, a tutti gli effetti, una scelta primaria per architetti e designer per le finiture di strutture architettoniche ed oggetti d’arredo e di design. Il ruolo delle vernici in polvere in tale contesto, deriva dal fatto che, la possibilità di scegliere tra un’ampia e sempre più specialistica gamma di prodotti costituisce, in termini estetico formali, ma anche in termini funzionali e di durata, una delle componenti che concorrono al risultato finale del progetto.

What is ArchitecturalPlusserie1. With the new "ArchitecturalPlus-serie1" line of products, Europolveri wanted to condense 30 years of experience and laboratory work by formulating a series of powder paints conceived to offer tangible solutions and to meet specific needs of architects and designers in terms of both functional performance and aesthetic value. The Europolveri laboratories and the R&D department have selected over time the raw materials and identified the most suitable formulae to give the treatment the characteristics and performance requested by the customer, in relation to the environmental location of the (treated) structure or the manufactured item. Environments where corrosive and degenerative factors are present, such as UV radiation (considerably increased in recent years), the humidity and salinity, alone or combined with the action of other exogenous agents, require treatments that are able to ensure a high degree of protection and therefore durability of the treated structures or products, while at the same time guaranteeing aesthetic effects that enhance the design of the project and/or product.

The powder paints in the “ArchitecturalPlus-serie1� line have undergone strict tests in both natural and artificial environments, achieving results that guarantee their correspondence with the reference parameters of the main certifications. Product types. Over the years powder coating treatments have become increasingly more important and represent a fundamental choice for architects and designers for architectural finishings, furniture and design items. In this context the role of powder coatings derives from the fact that it gives the possibility of choosing from a wide range of products with an ever-increasing level of specialization, making it one of the key elements that contributes to the final result of a project, not only in formal aesthetic terms but also in terms of functionality and duration.
The new pruduct series “ArchitecuralPlus-serie1”, based on polyester resins, includes the STANDARD (class1) line of powder coatings and the SUPER-DURABLE (class2) line, each having a wide range of colour shades, gloss levels finishes (matt, semi-gloss, gloss) and various surface effects (smooth, wrinkled, metalized, etc.). The graph and following tables show the resistance to natural exposure in Florida (USA) of a treated item with an ArchitecturalPlus-serie1 Class1 STANDARD product, compared to one treated with Class2 SUPER-DURABLE product.
