Residents can cool off in the fabulous outdoor pool, which includes a sun deck and outdoor dining area. Hammetts Gastro Bar is hip and trendy establishment located in Sliema, Malta. A complete renovation of the original building has created an inviting bar area, restaurant and private dining area. White marble and timber flooring leads you up to a futuristic looking bar, where glass casing located on one side showcases the extensive whiskey and wine selection. Copper piping graces the ceiling leading to the restaurant, producing an industrialised, trendy feel. Don’t miss the men’s lavatory, which features an expensive Italian mosaic. Jackpot Joy based in Msida, Malta required a large, warm and welcoming office with plenty
of space, breakout areas and meeting rooms. A modern reception area, tastefully decorated in hues of grey and warm wood cladding also includes a glass partition, which reflects light from the glass fronted façade through to the back office. The open plan office area includes a large floor to ceiling glass boardroom complete with eye-catching yellow seating. Clean lines, neutral colours, a modern feel with a splash of colour was the brief for this apartment located in Sliema, Malta. Contemporary art provides a cool splash of colour within the open plan living area. A step through to the bedroom reveals a cosy, inviting space with sliding frosted doors through to the en-suite bathroom, which features a stunning black marble floor and back wall. The outside seating and barbeque area is the perfect spot to unwind in after a busy day.
