It is the first gated residence in Sharjah and overlooks the Persian Gulf in the United Arab Emirates.

Al Lilac, one of the neighbourhoods in Al Zahia, has been beautifully and meticulously designed by DSA Architects International. DSA designed the villas for two major stages of development, Al Lilac phases 4A & 4B. In addition, DSA supervised the construction up to the handover stage. This was achieved within the construction program as set out at the beginning of the project.

The homes are designed to reflect local and regional traditions with a variety of layouts and sizes among other options, buyers can choose from four-, five- and six-bedroom villas, threebedroom courtyard villas, and outstanding three-bedroom townhouses.

The architectural and interior design concept is a combination of modern aesthetics with timeless details. It moves away from exterior facades that only read in 2D by incorporating shutter elements to give the walls some depth. There are also cantilever slabs and overhanging balconies, and an outdoor area with overhead shading that can be used for al fresco dining.

The Al Lilac neighbourhood also includes an innovative 5,700m sensory park and accessible pedestrian walkways. It is envisioned as a home for everyone; from those who are buying their first home or just starting a family, to those who are enjoying life’s easier pace. Sharjah has the most diversified and fastest growing economy in the UAE, so Al Lilac is more than investing in a home; it’s an investment for the future.
