Purple Tower’s feasibility study factored 15 storeys of office space foreseeing the progressive road development, improved connectivity as well as market demand for Grade A offices and showroom space along main Mombasa Road. The resulting 14-storey mixed-use development features two showroom levels, a restaurant level, 10 floors of premium office space, and an open atrium in the centre.

Purple Tower’s fourteenth level comprises an office, meeting and conferencing facility, complete with a reception area as well as a terrace with unobstructed views. At full capacity, in theatre-style seating a maximum of 240 persons can occupy the conference room, which comes fully equipped with a projector and AV system. The central atrium runs the full height of the tower for increased natural ventilation and sunlight.
