GUEST INFORMATION GUEST SERVICES: The Guest Services team are available between 7am and 11pm. Out-with these hours a Night Porter will be on duty. Should you require assistance from the Night Porter, dial 245. INTERNET ACCESS: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the main hotel building. The password is rufflets. CARS: No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to cars parked in the Hotel car park. Guests are advised to remove all valuables, particularly golf equipment, from their cars which should be locked at all times. GOLF EQUIPMENT: We can store golf equipment at Reception. Please ask a member of staff for assistance. We also have a drying room available on the 2nd floor should you need to dry clothing or clubs and bags. DOGS: We are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs by prior arrangement in our external accommodation. Dogs are also welcome on the terrace and in the hotel bar. LUGGAGE: Should you require assistance with luggage please dial 100. ROOM KEYS: Guests are requested to lock their doors when leaving their rooms. Guests who anticipate returning to the hotel after midnight should advise Reception and request late entry details, so that the Night Porter will be expecting you. LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING: We can arrange for same day laundry service (except Sundays). Allow 48 hours for dry cleaning. Please complete the laundry form which can be obtained and hand this to Reception in the bag provided by 9.30am. SAFETY DEPOSITS: The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any valuables not deposited in the Hotel safe. Please contact a member of Reception staff should you wish to deposit any valuables in the Hotel safe. FIRE ALARM TESTING: Routine testing is carried out on Tuesday mornings at around 11.00am.

HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT: We make great efforts to lessen our impact on the environment. One of the measures we have taken in order to reduce energy consumption and pollution is to offer guests the option of having their towels replaced on request rather than on a daily basis.
