HEALTH COACHING Ages 18 and Up Everyone can benefit from setting health and wellness goals and receiving support along the way. Working with a YMCA Health Coach could be just what you need to achieve your fitness goals! Health Coaching is appropriate for all fitness levels and will help you to: • Increase function and health • Make and sustain long-term health behavior changes • Break through a plateau • Improve athletic performance

HEALTH, WELL-BEING & FITNESS Because we know that healthy lifestyles are best achieved by nurturing our mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y is so much more than just working out. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength. Synrgy 360 Boot Camp In this smaller group class, you will get an effective, functional and fun workout using the Synrgy 360. You can expect to build muscle and burn a ton of calories using the TRX Suspension Trainer, medicine balls, kettlebells, plyometrics, battling ropes and more. Women on Weights

60-minute sessions As arranged 8 sessions $284/$352

In this five-week class, you will burn more calories, learn safe strength training exercises and get a great workout. You will do a variety of exercises focusing on major muscle groups for a different type of workout. In this small group setting, your instructor will be able to give you modifications and form corrections helping you to get the most out of your workout. TRX Suspension and Weights Facility Members can enroll in their first session for free.

Designed for experienced exercisers, this TRX class will certainly test your limits! In this 45-minute class, you will use the TRX Suspension Trainer, which will give participants an edge over conventional strength training because every exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once! Ages 16 and Up Thursdays 4:30-5:15 p.m. $45/$90 1/10-2/7 2/14-3/14 3/21-4/25* 5/2-5/30
