Swiss Re Corporate Solutions recently announced substantive improvements in Agents’ Professional Liability policy language as a result of an updated filing to the Westport Insurance Corporation Insurance Industry Professionals Liability Coverage for Insurance Agencies policy form. These changes do not impact premiums and require no additional payment.
