The New Castle team is led by co-owners Brian Cuccaro, one of New Castle’s founders, Brad Stephenson, a graduate of Berks Career & Technology Center, and Dan Marshall, a member of New Castle since 2009 following his service in the US Air Force.

Brian meets with HOA clients, attends community board meetings and spearheads the company inclusivity initiative promoting a bilingual culture. Brad oversees and develops the tight-knit family culture at New Castle. As the VP of Operations, Dan directs and coordinates all operational activities pertaining to New Castle.

New Castle ownership believes that building a great team involves giving people the power to make decisions instead of providing them with the answer.

Because of their team, in 2022 New Castle was named one of Reading’s Top 50 Businesses by the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, earning the Reading Eagle Readers’ Choice Award for Best Lawn Care and Best Landscaping, and the title of Best Lawn & Landscape Company to Work For in the US by Lawn & Landscape Magazine
