July 24 was another successful American Red Cross Blood Drive at St. Anthony's Church. 35 units of blood were collected. Gabriel Corey donated his 1st pint of blood. John Mccrackin received his 1 gallon pin, Carolyn Manion her 2 gallon pin, Sharon Darby her 4 gallon pin, Jennifer Adgate and Jennifer Anderson received their 6 gallon pins and Elwin King received his 9 gallon pin. Double Red donors were Ed Overbeck, Sharon Darby and Larry Bush. Being a volunteer for the American Red Cross is a heart warming experience. It is interesting as well. We learned that Leo and Linda Rutz celebrated their 52nd anniversary while donating blood! Leo donated his 132nd pint of blood and Linda donated her 123nd pint! Congratulations and thank you!
