I have sent NUMEROUS MESSAGES to all sorts of different departments at ISSUU, including this one. After I cancelled the service, ISSUU reached out with a lower rate offer and I had agreed to pay the lower rate to continue this subscription and was billed the agreed amount for the first issue of the renewal. Then the rate went up to an amount I didn't agree to pay, and all of my MANY messages have been ignored. I need a refund for the months I have been overcharged, 286.35-the correct rate of 106.82 = 179.53 refund x 5 months - May, June, July, August and September = 899.10, and someone to acknowledge this rate going forward!! If you aren't going to follow through and correct this, I will cancel and find another service. I work with a local builders association and only have two annual publications I post, and we keep past years of one of them on the web for members to look at. PLEASE RESPOND immediately.
