New Norfleet Society Members 2015 The individuals listed below have attained Norfleet Society status and will be inducted during the 2015 Norfleet Society dinner held in October 2015.

Emily Bryce ’00 and Sean Bowie Emily is an owner and communications consultant for Bryce Corporation, and her husband, Sean, serves as vice president. Emily holds a bachelor of science in commerce from the McIntire School of Business at the University of Virginia, where she is currently a member of the regional selection committee for the Jefferson Scholars Foundation. The Bowies are parents of Virginia ’28, Dorothy ’30, and Thomas. Emily serves as a member of the Hutchison Board of Trustees and on the Marketing and Development Committees.

Wallace Hall, Sr. Wally is the widower of the late Sydney Houston Hall who graduated from Hutchison in 1954. Sydney first attended Vanderbilt and subsequently left Tennessee to pursue her passion for art at the Parsons School of Design in New York, where she met her future husband. The couple married in Memphis, moved to Dallas, and raised three children, remaining together for 53 years until Sydney’s passing in 2010. The Hall family includes sons Houston and Wallace, Jr., and daughter, Sydney, who share their parents’ passion for education and philanthropy.

Kirby Dobbs ’82 and Glenn Floyd Kirby earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and is a community servant leader through her trustee and advisory roles with Life Choices, Memphis Metro Young Life, Palmer Home for Children, and Southern Reins. Glenn graduated from the University of Memphis and is a self-employed entrepreneur. Kirby and Glenn have four daughters: Haley, Celia, and Lela, who currently attend Grace-St. Luke’s, and Chance.

Kim Crain ’86 and Collie Lowrance Kim and Collie are the parents of five children; Tayloe ’15, currently a freshman at University of Colorado, Bebe, ’19, and triplets Brooks, Collie, and Preston, who attend MUS. Kim supports her alma mater through her involvement on the Annual Fund Leadership Committee and Alumnae Book Club. Collie is principal at Live Oak Management Fund.

Megan Wellford ’91 and Brett Grinder Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where she graduated cum laude from the School of Visual Arts and Art History. She studied painting with nationally recognized artists, including Nancy Cheairs ’74, Daniel Greene, and Shane Neal. She currently works as a professional artist. Megan serves on the Hutchison Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Development Committee. Brett is co-owner of Grinder, Taber & Grinder. Megan and Brett are the parents of daughter Anne ’19 and son Edward, a seventh-grader at MUS.

Ashley Thompson ’93 and Peyton Manning Ashley, a member of Hutchison’s National Alumnae Board, is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies. Peyton’s football career spans high school in New Orleans, college at the University of Tennessee, and the NFL, where he plays quarterback for the Denver Broncos. Ashley and Peyton established the PeyBack Foundation in 1999 to promote the future success of disadvantaged youth by assisting with programs that provide leadership and growth opportunities for children at risk. They reside in Colorado with their twins, Marshall and Moseley.
