Bernard Ho leads the talent development and learning function in Asia covering 18 countries. He is responsible for setting and driving the learning agenda for the bank and ensuring all developmental interventions are competency based aimed towards enabling a high-performance culture, building organisational capabilities and enhancing operational excellence, thus bringing about sustainable business results and growth. Before joining the bank, his career spanned industries in insurance, retail, hospitality, telecommunications and manpower security, in areas such as HR management, talent development, talent management and organisational development where he held leadership roles. He is a strong advocate of “growing the people to grow the business”.
Rupali Gupta is the head of talent development for APAC, LATAM and MEA and has been in this role for three years. She brings a unique mix of design ability along with implementation capability due to her experience in management consulting and line HR. She has international exposure in the US, UK, Brazil, Netherlands, Canada and Asia Pacific (Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea). Her specialties include leadership development, culture transformation, organisation design and effectiveness, HR transformation, change management, performance and rewards, recruitment and staffing as well as process design and implementation.
Bridget Beattie is the group executive vice-president for Asia Pacific and the Middle East for Right Management, the global leader in talent and career management workforce solutions within ManpowerGroup. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy formulation and execution of Right Management’s vision for all markets within Asia Pacific and the Middle East. She also heads up strategic partnerships globally. In addition, she continues to lead the Australia and New Zealand operations of Right Management as general manager. She has an extensive commercial background in senior management, consulting and the law, gained over 30 years. She is a regular commentator in the Australian, Indian and New Zealand business press, and a regular speaker at conferences in Asia. She and her family live in Melbourne, Australia.
Jennifer Neo sits on the people development and sales capabilities committees of Sealed Air in APAC. She is the global director for talent and learning and also oversees the APAC region in talent and learning, including talent acquisition, organisational culture, employee engagement, talent management and learning. She has more than 10 years of HR experience spanning organisational design and development, talent management, performance management and HR business partnering. Before this, she had years of experience in customer management and business development with MNCs.
Raman Sidhu is a global learning and development professional with a unique blend of business experience in sales and marketing, supply chain and HR, spanning over 20 years, with expertise in learning strategy and developing and deploying learning solutions. In his role as the global learning manager for global commercial at Shell, he leads a team of senior L&D professionals and collaborates with the business to successfully deploy learning solutions that help the company address critical capability gaps and improve organisational effectiveness. He has successfully led global teams in L&D, recruitment, sales and supply chain, and has a passion for performance consulting, OE and L&D interventions to build individual, team and organisational capability.
