HPBC Church Planters UPDATE
God continues to bless our church planting efforts across the Pacific! We're excited to share updates on three amazing families stepping out in faith to reach new communities for Christ.
The Coppenbargers are making tremendous progress with preparing to start Valor Church to serve the Pearl Harbor/Hickam military community on Oahu. They're planning to launch worship services on August 17, 2025.
The Setes arrived on Oahu in June and are pursuing their God-given vision to reach Polynesians for Christ on Oahu. Nasa and Caroline have wonderful support from Gospel City Church in Indiana as their sending church and GracePoint Church in Mililani as their local partner. GracePoint (Mililani) pastor, James Shiroma, traveled to Indiana in May to participate in Nasa’s ordination and commissioning.
The Brennans relocated in May from Wyoming to Keaau on Hawaii Island, where Mike and Monica are combining church planting with their important work preventing human trafficking.
