Community Health Worker 9 Certificate from CREDITS Hostos CEWD

Intro to Community Health/HLT 110 (3 credits) Interpersonal Relations/HLT 103 (3 credits) Medical Terminology/HLT 124 (3 credits)
Students who enroll in Hostos CEWD Community Health Worker Certificate Program receive a certificate of completion, you can earn up to 9 credits from Hostos Community College, which may be applied to an associate’s degree in Aging and Health /Community Health at Hostos Community College or Public Health at SUNY Orange.
