Tania-Joy BARTLETT CHT: What advice would you give young women who are considering a career in the trades? TANIA-JOY: Just do it! If you really want to become a trade person don’t let anyone stand in your way. No matter how many times you are told no, do not give up. Let your knowledge, perseverance, dedication and quality of work speak for you, not what society has dictated for you. Hard work and perseverance will pay off and you will enjoy everyday at work.
