Holly O’Neal is an environmental advocate and educator with experience spanning biodiversity conservation, marine restoration, and youth environmental education. Fluent in German and proficient in Spanish and Russian, she has worked on projects abroad in Austria and gained firsthand exposure to conservation and sustainable management initiatives. O’Neal’s career path has been shaped by experiences as varied as working on a lobster boat to reviving a native plant nursery in partnership with Maine Audubon and Washington Academy. Her work continues to center on conservation, reconciliation ecology, and outreach that connects communities to the natural world.
