BE IN THE KNOW SeaPass Card and Photo Identification Please have your SeaPass card in hand when leaving and returning to the ship. A security checkpoint will be set up at the gangway for your safety and security. Guests will not be permitted off or on the ship without the SeaPass Card and government issued Photo Identification. Paying Value-Added Tax (VAT) - Spain During this voyage a 21% Spain value-added tax (VAT) will be added to most onboard purchases. A 10% VAT applies to purchases of beverages and food bought in our onboard bars and speciality restaurants. If you live outside the European Union, you may be eligible for a partial refund of VAT paid for merchandise only. Please refer to letter in your stateroom for more details. Local Port Agriculture Regulations Due to regulations in place by Local Port Agriculture authorities, guests are not allowed to bring food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs and rocks onboard or take them off the ship. Beverages and other Liquids Please note that local security authorities will dispose of any liquids returning to the ship. Unopened liquor bottles will be stored onboard for safe keeping and returned to guests on the last day of the cruise. Beat the Rush Avoid lining up to settle your SeaPass account. If you have not yet registered your credit card, you can do so today at Guest Services, Deck 5 and your onboard charges will be billed directly to your credit card. No check-out is required. Check your onboard account via RCTV from your stateroom. Shuttle Service An Independent Shuttle Service in Palma de Mallorca will be available for today. As this service is not affiliated with Royal Caribbean, you will be required to pay 5 Euros cash on the pier. Transfer time is approximately 20 minutes each way and the drop off is close to the Cathedral. Please see the information booth on the Pier for more details about this service.
