A trend which has seen notable growth as a prominent hybrid working solution is the work café. Reframing the idea of a workplace cafeteria into a gathering space for relaxed collaboration ultimately transforms the use of the area, and either offers an additional workstation for those seeking a change of space, or presents more independent workers the opportunity to feel more involved.

A key factor to consider when successfully integrating work café spaces, is that they should exist to be a destination space within the office, rather than as an area for a short stay.

The shelves surrounding the seat form ideal supports on which to place a computer or simply to lean against.

The shelves feature recessed sockets, enabling Spot to serve as a workspace, if desired. In addition to books and houseplants, the shelves confidently support various furnishing elements that enliven the office space. Spot also makes it easy to divide rooms into zones.
