How did the holocaust start? In 1933 the Jews were blamed for Germany's social,economics and political problem. Later on in 1939 Poland was a home for three million Jews, which got invaded by Germany. Just a few month later Jews were thrown in prisons to starve, catch dieses, and lack of sanitation. Holocaust took place in the second world war. Adolf hitler was the leader of the Nazi party.
