SAVING LIVES ONE HEART AT A TIME...ONE GIRL AT A TIME! Our MISSION is to EMPOWER, RAISE AWARENESS and EDUCATE girls aged 10-18 about heart health and heart disease prevention. We promote fitness/physical activity/exercise and sports, heart healthy eating/nutrition and heart healthy lifestyle choices. Our GOAL is to achieve improved heart health and increased education and awareness in young girls with a focus on heart disease prevention - no. 1 killer of women in the United States.
