STUDIO 36 DESIGN - Stephanie Handley

As the co-principal designer and owner of Studio 36 Design, Stephanie brings her 14+ years of experience into every home project she undertakes. She enjoys working with her clients to help them bring their vision to life, and infuse their homes with a unique sense of style rooted in timeless details. Her ultimate goal is to create spaces for her clients that feel like a sanctuary after a long, hard day—because home is the one place we all need to feel most at peace. In collaborating with Legend Homes on the 2022 Parade House early in the design process, Stephanie was able to develop a design concept that fully embraced the flow of the floor plan and the stunning architectural details. It was also immediately clear that Bringing the Outdoors In would be a key element in her design. From the moment you walk in the front door, your eye is instantly drawn to not only a stunning interior lounge, but through the expansive windows into the relaxing outdoor living area as well. Through the use of low-profile furnishings, Stephanie’s goal was to keep all vantage points of the pool completely unobstructed, underscoring that vital indoor/outdoor connection. And while each room has its own flavor and personality, the entire home maintains an extremely cohesive style throughout.
