Following the success of NSE.CI took his vision further by establishing PORTEO Group in 2020. His expansion into this new venture allowed him to scale up his impact, providing solutions across multiple African nations, including Côte d'Ivoire, Bénin, Togo, Senegal, and Gabon. With Dakhlallah at the helm, PORTEO has made substantial strides in improving the region’s infrastructure. The company’s most notable achievements include the construction of over 3,000 kilometers of roads, which has significantly improved regional transportation networks. These advancements have enhanced the movement of goods and services, making it easier for businesses to access markets and for communities to connect with essential services. He has contributed to Africa's broader economic integration and development goal by improving transportation infrastructure. PORTEO operates with five main divisions: Infrastructure and Roads, Construction and Buildings, Industry and Materials, Real Estate Development, and Engineering and Services. This structure ensures the company can take on large-scale projects with a streamlined and efficient approach, optimizing each process phase.
