Following the success of NSE.CI took his vision further by establishing PORTEO Group in 2020. His expansion into this new venture allowed him to scale up his impact, providing solutions across multiple African nations, including Côte d'Ivoire, Bénin, Togo, Senegal, and Gabon. With Dakhlallah at the helm, PORTEO has made substantial strides in improving the region’s infrastructure. The company’s most notable achievements include the construction of over 3,000 kilometers of roads, which has significantly improved regional transportation networks.
