Hamid Moradi is a Las Vegas-based engineer and commercial real estate development professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering projects across engineering, construction, and development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, along with minors in Computer Engineering and Renewable Energy. Over time, he advanced into leadership positions, managing teams and guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring technical accuracy and operational efficiency. In 2008, Henry Moradi of Las Vegas transitioned into real estate development through Paramount Engineering and Development. His responsibilities included site acquisition, feasibility analysis, and entitlement coordination. He contributed to due diligence processes and land negotiations, helping assess zoning requirements, infrastructure conditions, and development risks to support informed project decisions. As a leader in commercial development, Hamid Moradi of Las Vegas has managed multiple retail and mixed-use projects across markets, including Las Vegas and Reno. He works closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to maintain schedules and budgets. He supports contract negotiations, cost tracking, and construction oversight, helping ensure financial control and consistency throughout each stage of development.
